The Principles of Effortless Power (Cheng Hsin)
This is my somewhat battered 1989 copy of Peter Ralston's book "Cheng Hsin - The Principles of Effortless Power". It provided me with really helpful information for my Tai Chi practice.
I've since bought newer versions including digital. If you are interested in body being and consciousness work this is a must read.

Be Open
